Welcome to Dk4Q's Koháu Shift Timings tool. This website is a fan-made utility to help the Roblox community easily track upcoming in-game shifts. Because your privacy matters, we built this tool to operate without collecting your personal data. This policy outlines exactly how the site functions locally on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To be completely transparent, here is what we do not collect:

• No Analytics: We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, or any other third-party user tracking scripts.
• No Accounts or PII: We don't collect names, email addresses, usernames, phone numbers, or any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• No Cross-Site Tracking: We don't drop tracking cookies on your device to monitor your browsing behavior.

3. Local Storage (Your Preferences)

To make the shift schedule useful, our site remembers the filters you set. We achieve this using your browser's "Local Storage." This data is saved strictly on your device and is never sent to our servers.

We store the following preference keys locally:

• shiftAvailabilityRange: Saves the custom time ranges you input so the schedule can automatically highlight shifts that fit your availability when you return.
• shiftShowEst: Saves your toggle preference for whether or not to display the EST timezone alongside your local time.

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's cache and site data.

4. Information Collected Automatically (Server Logs)

Like almost all websites on the internet, our hosting provider automatically collects basic server access logs. This data is used strictly for maintaining site security, preventing DDoS attacks, and ensuring server uptime. It includes:

• Masked IP addresses
• Browser types and versions
• Time and date of your visit
• Referring URLs and basic HTTP request headers

We do not use this data to profile users or track individuals. It is standard infrastructure data.

5. Third-Party Services & External Links

While we do not track you, this website relies on external services to function properly:

• Content Delivery Networks (CDNs): We load public game data from our custom APIs (api.dk4q.com) and deliver images, icons, and fonts using CDNs (such as Google Fonts, jsDelivr, and our own asset servers). When your browser requests these files, these network providers temporarily process your IP address and standard HTTP headers to deliver the content securely and quickly. • Donation Widget: We include an embedded floating chat widget provided by Ko-fi for optional hosting donations. Using this widget connects you directly to Ko-fi's servers. Please note that because Ko-fi processes payments directly to our accounts, standard anti-fraud transaction details (such as your chosen display name, email, and the name/billing zip code tied to your PayPal or Stripe card) are securely passed to our payment dashboard. 6. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA, & UK GDPR)

Because we don't collect, process, or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII), strict data privacy laws like GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA don't directly apply here. Simply put: we can't delete or hand over your data because we don't collect any in the first place, and we definitely don't sell it.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

As this website is a resource for a Roblox game, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
